Renewing Your Jethro Mobile Plan: A Quick Guide
Is it time to renew your Jethro Mobile plan? Make sure you don't run into a service interruption by knowing how to properly renew your Jethro Mobile service. Renewals must occur within 45 days after the most recent plan has expired.
There are multiple ways to renew your Jethro Mobile plan. You can renew your plan:
- Online
- With auto-renewal
- With a Jethro Mobile customer service representative. Call us at 1.877.553.8476 any day between 5AM and 8PM PST.
Here is a guide to renewing online:
1. Go to jethromobile.com

2. Select the 'Login' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Sign in to your Jethro Mobile account. If you have forgotten your password, simply select 'Forgot Your Password?' and follow the few easy steps.

4. You will be brought to your account dashboard. Under 'My Lines', select 'Manage' on the bottom right corner, or select 'My Lines' on the left side bar.

5. Select 'Change Plan' under the line you are planning to renew.

6. Here is where you will select when you want your plan renewal to start and choose which plan you will be adding to your line for renewal.
Under 'Set valid period', you can select to start immediately, at the next billing cycle, or choose a start time date up to 60 days in advance.
Then select from the list of plans whichever plan suits your needs best for renewal.

7. Scroll down the page and select the 'Buy Now' button.

8. You will be brought to a payment page where you can enter your card information, use a saved card, or use a PayPal account.
After selecting your payment method and inserting your payment information, select 'Pay $' at the bottom.

9. You are now all set! Relax and enjoy your Jethro Mobile service.
Helpful Tips
- You can always check when your plan is set to expire by selecting the 'My Lines' button in your account dashboard
- By saving a card to your account, you can select 'Auto-renew' for your plan and never have to worry when your plan will run out—it will be taken care of, stress-free!
- Check your email! We let you know when your service is close to running out, making sure you can stay on top of keeping your service active
