If your service has run out, you have a 45-day grace period to reactivate your number. Here’s how!
You have a few options to get back up and running, depending on your preferred method:
- Want to speak to a human? Call Customer Service: Dial 1.877.553.8476 to speak with a representative. We're available from 5AM to 8PM PST, seven days a week, including holidays.
- Email: Request reactivation at customercare@jethromobile.com. Expect a response within 24 hours.
- Online: For reactivation in as little as 5 minutes, log in to your jethromobile.com account and follow these steps:
- After logging in, you will be brought to your account dashboard.
- Select 'Manage' under 'My Lines' or click 'My Lines' on the left sidebar.

- Click 'Change Plan' next to the phone number you are attempting to reactivate.
If you need help figuring out which line needs reactivation, you will see "no plan" or "days remaining" count under the number that needs reactivation.

- Select your desired plan for reactivation and click 'Buy now.'

- Follow the prompts to provide payment information or use a saved method like PayPal.

- You're done! Your SIM card has been reactivated.
- Select your desired plan for reactivation and click 'Buy now.'
Please note that you can choose to activate your number up to 30 days in advance. If you run into any errors, feel free to call our customer service for help.
