Here's how our USA travel plans work:
1. Check Compatibility & Unlock Your Phone:

- Make sure your phone is at least 4G with VOLTE capability and unlocked. Use our compatibility tool here. If your phone is locked, contact your carrier to unlock it.
2. Order Your SIM Card or Plan:

- Choose the plan that best fits your needs:
- Long-term Travel Plans: Ideal for extended stays, offering more data and flexibility.
- Short-term Travel Plans: Perfect for shorter trips, providing essential connectivity without overpaying.
- 30-Day Plans for Smartphones: Great for regular travelers who need reliable service every month.
- Plans can be activated even if they are not specifically labeled as "travel plans".
- Choose the plan that best fits your needs:
3. Receive Your SIM Card:

- Once you receive your SIM card (we ship to Canada!), you'll be ready to activate your service. Schedule activation up to 60 days prior to your trip. Your new phone number will be emailed to you within 5 minutes.
4. Activate Your Service:

- Activate online at www.jethromobile.com or call us at 1.888.509.6199. All you need is your desired account name, a valid email address, and a US service address. Activation can be done whether the SIM card is in your phone or not.
5. Cross the Border:

- Insert the Jethro Mobile SIM card into your phone and restart it once you're in the US to enjoy simple and reliable service.
6. Extend Your Service or Add Data:

- If your trip is extended, renew your service or add data through your online account or by calling us.
7. Keep Your Number for Next Time:

- If you plan to visit again within 45 days, you can keep your number by renewing your service without getting a new SIM card.
